Hi, I recommend you not to service ur vehicle in this service centre as they are not experience mechanics they don't even proper service i often complaint for an issue in my Jupiter they didn't Clear it. Even they are least bother about customer.In the name of normal service they charge you more and not even do proper service. Which make ur vehicle worst condition in later even if ur doing ur vehicle service regularly. I suggest you to service ur vehicle in good service center and not in this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought my Apache 200 from here. They were able to deliver the bike on the day they said they would deliver.
The telephonic interaction was not as good as I expected it to be, but when I went there in person the sales team was very good to me and was willing to answer all my queries.
The service station doesn't does not have all the spares required for servicing the bike like Apache 200.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service center: I had given my TVS Jupiter at this service centre. One of the problems i had clearly stated while giving my bike for service was it has a starting problem due to the battery issues. The bike looked all good at the service station after the service. They did not charge the bike's battery during service. The next day itself it had a starting problem. It had to be kick-started. After that, i raised a complaint which is when they charged the bike's battery. Never giving my bike again for service here.
Poor customer management-They don't pick your calls when you call the customer care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not fit for 1 star also, Number 1 fraud and hopeless service centre in Bangalore.
Gave My bike Apache 160 for service they told it takes 2 days because to much bike are in queue. So I also left the bike there only. next day till evening 3 they dint touch my bike for service after i called they started and told me come evening it will be ready and my complaints were
>> Speedometer not running -- not fixed they gave the reason sensor went and no stock. after stock comes they will call me -- still now not received call
>> Exhaust silencer sound -- not fixed
>> Horn was not working properly -- only few 2 hours it was working once again same problem started
>> Timing chain problem -- not fixed
>> Smoothness -- some oil they putted and charged 150 something -- not fixed
>> engine oil
For all these works they just finished in 3 hours and gave me
Total bill they charge me 1350 rupees including service tax
Service charge
Labour charge for each work in bike
engine oil
service tax after GST is there with old service tax number and all
For TVS Company a humble request please remove this service center

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the place for a small repair / service on my father’s scooty pep, the staff was friendly and took my scooty for a service and asked me to come the same evening. I told I will be back the next day, I never got a call that the bike is ready, next day I had to call them and they said they are checking on an issue and asked me to come the day after, I told them I cannot come the next day, instead I will come a day after and my vehicle was still not ready. Later when I went to pick it up, they had charged me way more without consulting me before replacing my stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last two services with them I told to fix the fuel indicator , and they didn't fix it .and my vehicle battery was down so they told u will get new battery in 2 days contacted several times even after a week they didn't and charged me high price . This time I took it another TVs service centre and they fixed all the problems and with cheaper proce

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service centre as well as service members are also very worst, I have given my vehicle for service on Saturday afternoon, they talked nicely and took the vehicle and assured, evening will call, up to 5:30 they didn't call, I only called & asked, when it will be ready, they told service is under process, will call you, on around 7:05 they called and asked
me are you coming for taking the vehicle? Without intimation, When they called, somewhere I was outside and told them that I'll take on Monday, when I was went on Monday, the vehicle service is not properly done, scratches,rashes and mud cement marks lying as it is I asked them what is this, they told for clearing this
,Extra labour charges will be added, then some argument has gone, really I fed up of their services, strongly I suggest, do not give your vehicle for service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My vehicle servicing was done good. One has to tell them clearly what needs to be done and must and should examine properly what they did upon your request. Sometimes they manipulate billing by adding extra amounts so be careful during final billing.
