★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible quality and worse service. The pricing is extremely opaque and there are times when you end up paying upto 2.5 times the actual silver value without ever realising the pricing. The toe rings are flimsy and break within 3 months of regular use. The stones fall off in a few weeks. After sales service is always promised but never delivered and any issues with the jewellery is blamed on the customer. The gold plated items lose the electroplating within two-three uses and the staff blame it on the item brushing against your clothing. The polishing is not repaired for free and exorbitant amounts are quoted when you go to collect the piece despite multiple assurances of free service for their lousy products. The delivery is never on time and you need to visit at least 4-5 times to collect your product. The staff or owners are not apologetic and are extremely arrogant in their dealing with customers. The buyback value is almost nil for jewellery and the customer service is pathetic. I advise to never buy from there.
