★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posting this after almost 7 months of this incident. I was horrified and crying with my experience with this lady. I hesitated posting because I want to leave happy thoughts with anything related to my wedding day but realized I don't want other brides to feel what I felt. My initial interaction with her was pleasant as she was honest about what looked good on me and what didn’t. After I signed the contract that's when it got bad. I had already made a payment of 25k and due to an unfortunate event the wedding got postponed. Usually every boutique has a 1 week cancellation policy but they claimed to have started the work in just 1 day. I had cancelled the order within 48 hours after ordering it and I was not given an option to get my money back. She didn’t return the 25k I paid and sent me some random fabric which was not even worth 2k. She even charged me for talking to her and visiting her in person which every boutique is usually supposed to do when they are discussing things with a customer. I had to pay an exorbitant amount to finally buy another wedding dress before my actual wedding because I had no time for getting a customized one. Take my advice GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I am a person who never posts negative reviews for businesses because I am a customer who buys and does not return and I also have no complaints about anything as long as it makes sense. I have never encountered such a thing. They ruined all my energies before my wedding and just made me feel humiliated.
