★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly True blue HR or the administration are not responsible enough during this pandemic. One of my friend's in a reputed company was hired through true blue in contract basis for 2 years. Due to covid19, most of the contract employees contract was not renewed after contract completion and he is jobless currently. He is been waiting for his experience/relieving letter since July 2020. Follow up has been done multiple times but no response from true blue. He has lost multiple opportunities to join a new company - in fact he got job in TCS but couldn't proceed further as true blue HR has not released his experience letter nor are they responding. We have all the communication sent from my colleague's reporting manager and HR to true blue.Can anyone advise how to proceed legally?
