★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During this pandemic time central lab still they are collecting samples from home which is very good. And the reports are accurate and management is also very much approachable... Thanks a lot for DR Suresh, we reached out last moment, but still our samples was collected over the home... Very nice service... Hats off to Central Lab.. Very helpful at this point of time... Thanks once again?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third grade lab. Extremely rude staff. When contacted on call, they told test cost as Rs. 2300 and when finally after they came home, they collected 5910. When questioned, they were saying it was their mistake. Their COO by name Mohan was giving free suggestions to go to another lab after collecting blood sample. These lab people are worse than robbers. In the name of lab, they are charging hefty price for each test which is more than 30% from market rate. Extremely rude and unprofessional guys. Never going to test with these rude and unprofessional lab. There are several other good labs and it was our mistake to go this lab. Users beware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is useless. They always seem to be busy and make you wait fornlong hours just for the tests. Specially for xray and ECG. They don't give the reports on time whch causes so much inconvenience. I am highly dissatisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Misguided me on consultation fee. I went for cost estimation of bilateral knee replacement. When I called them they told me consultation fee is 500/-, but after going there they charged me 650/-. Also they told me in the phone that robotic knee surgery is available. But actually they have not yet started robotic knee surgery. They are not giving proper information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Dr Rajshekar Orthopeadic. Adviced good excercise rather giving expensive treatment,
however poor service from XRay dept. person working in Xray dept was not well informed. Unnecessary he took my lower back Xray twice and exposed me to Xray twice . Which is not acceptable.
Even dr was not able to go through the Xray. Raised refund for Xray. Will update about it after 48hr after refund.
Well ! received my refund after intense discussion with the receptionist.
Parking space is available in front of the hospital only but very limited for 4/2 wheelers.
