★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vijay Shukla from Trukky confirmed they will pick up my cartons from home as a part of the door to door service..I was asked to pay almost twice from what was initially agreed..I agreed since this was an additional service. On thee day I didn't get any calls or the pickup truck... After 4 hours of repeated calls this person didn't even feel that there was an issue..and gave a standard response"there was an issue with the pickup vehicle the driver will come soon etc etc" still no success. The ground teams are pathetic with no professionalism. Don't use there services

Getting a quotation was super quick and economical compared to the other services i looked up. Shivani was very helpful in arranging everything and also same day pick up ! if you are shifting cities, i highly recommend Trukky!

Picking up and delivery time is very punctual and customer support is very helpful and easy to connect with them for any kind of issues. Also the most important they handle the goods with ful care and deliver it as it is without any damage or anything. Great service trukky at very reasonable price.. I promise I still use this for my upcoming shipments and also referred many friends too... ?

They also delivered my package much earlier in than what they had planned. It was excellent service and would be definitely be recommended people to use it .
