★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the exact location. And the behaviour of the staff members are very good. Almost all products of prestige are serviced here. When I reached I myself got very much confused about the entrance. This seems more like a residential house. So don't get confused. This is the place and the small entrance gate from where you need to enter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is little inside but not far from main road. Behavior of the staffs is good. Systematic in approach. Good for both in warranty and out of warranty servicing requirements. Over phone also they are polite. Having a service centre in this locality actually adds confidence to Prestige products for near by people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people sitting inside doesn't wear a mask and when told upon to wear the same (the place is very small) didn't bother to listen. Though they themselves have put a banner about wearing mask for the customers.
Coming to staff behavior - The lady sitting there was rude regarding the issue. My electric kettle was leaking (happened within 6 months of purchase). When we were speaking of damage a man from inside said that it will take 2 months time and that too they cannot guarantee anything. I was unable to understand why they were doing so. The lady asked me to give a photocopy of the guarantee card I had to go out and when I returned they told me about what to be done. But still couldn't understand the way they behaved in the beginning.
Hoping a better service next time.
