★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called the Prestige Service center at H.No 2211/4 Ram Mandir, Gurgaon at 5.45 pm - they picked the phone and did not answer and kept it on hold till they closed at 6pm - I could over hear their conversation as they got ready to leave their office - no one bothered talking or even saying 'hello' - I suggest try the 2nd service center at Old Railway Road - they are far more responsive
