But in case you want to do some customizations in your home
I would recommend to hire contractor directly instead.
Since Tulip management will make you run here and there and also will make you very long waits ( weeks / months) for silly customization approvals!
Rest all is fine example ..green area, spacious roads etc.
But conveyance could also be one issue since no public transportation available

duplexes were developed by the builder in first phase of tulip green in second phase the sold plots
it is a covered campus with garden many families are living there
it is a little away from the city or market area..
