★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. They will take hours to complete one activity. Upon that the waiting time is also very high. They literally damaged my hair. I got such an awfull hair colour and they got so damaged, not at all worth for all money that I paid. Booked others services for bridal but didnot get the effects of their products at all . I wish I had not booked their services, worst experience and waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my go to salon, but now idk I came for hair cut, for setting my hair they took half and hour for setting, I didnt like the look at all, they just wasted my time and person who was doing my hair cut left half way and called some other hair expert for setting , they gave extra bounce to my hair they made my hair messy, i didnt like it at all..

Person cutting my hair just chopped my hair straightforward didn't even finished it properly. The hair dresser who was Blowdring my hair was a such a lazy one, she said me that this is the only way to style and others were supporting her I didn't got what I wanted. Just ruined my birthday party I had the worst hair in my birthday itself while giving appointment they don't even talk properly,the staff is so rude. Worst experience never visiting again.

I kept waiting for my 9pm appointment until 9:20 with a response "5 more minutes" and the staff literally communicating on my face "It is going to take longer, I have no clue how long", with no etiquettes of apologizing for the no service and reluctance to making any effort for the appointment.
With the "no one cares attitude" from the staff I left without any service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst experience ever. most of there staff doesn't know anything. i felt like the haircutter cutting my hairs literally has no idea what he's doing. the staff doesn't know to blow dry. infact the owner is aware of the situation but is taking no actions.
i had my very important event that day and they miserably and horrible spoiled my hairs. i won't even look at turning point salon henceforth also i would suggest others too that don't go for turning point if u love your hairs
also there is mo management
i absolutely hate the staff
the guy cutting my hairs had this weird UP Akcent, ge literally had noi idea about haircuts. i explained very nicely about how i want my haircut, very minute details but yet he screwed up everything. he had 0 understanding capability which he most necessary in this profession
just not this, he left my haircut in between and went for another haircut... i mean seriously
i can't describe like how worst this salon is.
just a firm suggestion if u love your hairs then there are 100 other saloons too
