Not even up to mark
They have charged for cluch oring and within 2 days of service again observed vibration in vechicale and when I contacted them they are refused to Replace it first and then when I visited service station for Get it fixed , the Response from team was not Good and they have made me wait for sometime
They had changed horn and Horn was not working within one week
After service they have not Explained About Bill's and charges,
Not offered Test drive after service
Cleaning also was not Up to mark
Mechanics was not skilled
Overall very Much disappointed with the service.

By mistake also never visit this service center and also don't buy any new vehicle from this showroom.
I have purchased a bike in six months only, got so many problems.
I need to replace every part in spam of six months except engine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m writing this after almost 4 months of patience and hope that service will improve but sometimes people don’t deserve TIME. Staff here never appreciate customer time and just talk in the air with repeated ‘come tomo pakka’. Sales executive is only interested in opening file but never bothered to see post sales - for your number plate & RC file you need to call them 100 times yet they don’t respond properly.
Even after taking bike in Oct, I’m yet to receive my RC. For the second bike, it was nightmare all again. All this for trusting!!
Even their service is pathetic but ask for rating of 10..
Now if you ask, why was I crazy to book 2nd vehicle?—- always felt people need time and our perception too can be wrong. Hence went with second but REGRET the decision.
So if you want AVAILABILITY (since the owner gentleman is well off) then yes please go here but for SERVICE & QUALITY CUSTOMER CARE — NEVER, NEVER
