★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recommend the hospital for any critical emergency. They have most experienced Doctors and staffs.
Last 2 or 3 month back we visited there for
my brother name - G Shekar had chest pain. We went to emergency ecg test taken. 2 Dr were there. 1 told will go to another blood test n will confirm 1 told no need will refer him to cardiac hospital. Dr who attended he told nurse to give some medicine n was busy with some paper work.
The nurse gave some tablets. I ask Dr he have severe back pain will it reduce by tablets? He said yes u have to take him to cardiac hospital now itself tablet is enough now. We were expecting some injection to reduce his pain immediately.
My brother was suffering with pain I told one nurse.I asked nurse who taken ecg test.
She told Dr, sir he have pain I m starting painkillers, Dr said okay. She inserted needle n started pain killers. She started oxygen without Dr instruction.
My brother was crying we knows that he had heart attack symptoms. And he was afraid of ambulance he was refusing to go by ambulance.
The nurse who gave pain killer told us for this small things u r crying like a small kid. U don't assume this is heart attack. Just to reduce ur pain I gave injection. Ur oxygen level is normal only u told uneasiness just for support I started oxygen. There I'll be more traffic now better to go by ambulance for safer side I'll tell driver to go slowly be positive sir.
She was very attentive, professional, she explained us in local language her way of treating patient n counselling was EXCELLENT. After injection after her counselling my brother told now I m feeling some relaxation.
What I came to know is with medicine, listening patient problems understanding them treat them n giving emotional support also is very very important.
While leaving hospital also she said u I'll be OK sir it's just a gastric pain. Nothing will happen. As she told my brother is OK now. Nothing has happened to him. We are very happy with our family.
Sometimes small things made a big difference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Navchetna hospital for three years now as an out patient.
The hospital is very clean and the staff are helpful.
Dr. Rajesh who is my doctor is a excellent doctor. I have knee pain and saw the ortho, who is also very good.
Sometime ago I stepped on a piece of glass and it had to be surgically removed. It was done by a general surgeon and it healed well .
I am very happy with my experience and highly recommend Navchetna hospital .

Dr. Ashwath, very good humanbeing & very friendly, also very good service by Nurses, very highgenic & cleanlyness maintain in the hospital. Admission, discharge & Insurance processing was also very good. Even cost too was reasonable compare to other hospital. Overall excellent ??????????. Only one suggestion please start canteen in the hospital & provide diet food for the patient.????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional staff at this hospital. I would like to thank Dr Chandramouli who is a visiting doctor at the hospital. He patiently explained the gall bladder removal procedure and gave me reassurance about my health. I am completely fine now and very thankful to the doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to share my experience with Navachethana Hospital. I was admitted for a procedure on 7th of March and right from the time of admission till discharge I had zero complaints.
The admission process was pretty quick, the room was neat and tidy, the housekeeping staff were cleaning the room at least 4 times a day.
Doctors like Murugesh and Navin were very down-to-earth in explaining the issue. I was pretty nervous about the procedure I was undergoing but they briefed me about the procedure how its done and made me feel more confident in going ahead.
Not to forget about the nursing staff who were there round the clock changing the IV's and ensuring medicines are given at the right time. Very kind staff you guys have here.
I am very happy that I came to this facility to get treated. Thank you team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was admitted to hospital for lymph node removal surgery the staff was very cooperative, billing was very reasonable.i was give a private ward which was always kept clean and neat.very comfortable. nurses and admins made sure that I had. Comfortable.Also, the operations manager manu made sure the billing was reasonable and we were services on time

I would have given negative rating if the option was available. And I'm writing my experience so that other people who are thinking of visiting this hospital should be aware of their money minded behaviour.
I approached this hospital for an emergency accident treatment for myself and my wife. And we had a very bad service and treatment. They dif the first aid after paying the money. I paid the charges in the reception with my bleading hands to get my wife taken for treatment.The nurses and doctor we were attended had poor behaviour with us. When we said we wanted to register a case regarding the accident, the hospital management said we need to pay 2500 for their procedure. When we said that I am paying my taxes and police is doing public service and for me to register a case do I need to pay. After we asked about our basic rights, the hospital didn't charge us. Moreover I had paid almost 1000 for taking X-ray and they didn't give the X-ray since they need it for police complaint documents maintenance and asked us to take an extra copy by paying extra money. I still don't understand why this hospital is charging on the victims to maintain their documents. This hospital is cheating the patients a lot to make money. I have to register a complaint about this hospital in India Medical Council. And also need to know if the victims have to give charges to register a complaint about the accidents. If this is the rule, then why are we paying the taxes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital was a godsend during the peak corona time. The doctors and nurses are knowledgeable, cooperative and helpful and were able to efficiently handle large no of patients. The admin staff were also very helpful in processing insurance approvals etc. Cleanliness can be improved a bit especially in the basement ICU, but overall I have great respect for this hospital and its staff.
