★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The positioning of hospital is very ideal for quick emergencies, incidents like accidents.
Hospital was helpful for us to get immediate treatment for my family member.
They were quick, attentive and few of the staff in Intese care unit were helpful. Doctor was supportive and thanks Dr Vinay Raj.
Insurance desk was also quick and was supportive.
Pricing - will not comment much.
I would rate them 4.5 stars for their overall service and support. THANKS TEAM AT PROLIFE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst hospital I ever seen all money minded people and even their receptionists are also money minded , there is one proper duty doctor in the hospital. consultant general surgeon said to discharge in 2 days after surgery but the hospital management is telling still pt is serious need to keep for 4 to 5 days more and more importantly their staff nurses they are treating patients like animals worst hospital and worst employees. Treatment also very badly done
Please never visit this hospital ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a good experience in Prolife Hospital. I'm very thankful to Dr.Jaganath and Dr.Muniraj ER Dept for his quick response ,professional kind hearted and friendly treatment. His team of Dr. Jaganath also examined my relative regularly. The entire process was explained to us. All I.P Nurses checked upon and cared well . Thank you for the whole team for giving right treatment at right time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are not available.. and if taken or given appointment with doctors they keep calling us till the deadline and when the patient is waiting the doctor says I am on my way. Their “5 minutes” of reach time is never ending loop.. This is my 4th time experience where in I got appointments but doctor are never present on the said time (1st time 3hrs late, on the second instance it was like 5hr, this is my 3rd and 4th instance where they keep calling me as if doctors are waiting) WHATS happening ??? They have a emergency sections don’t know how legit it’s under function. They don’t have any protocol I guess and keep wasting time of everyone for ever.. Giving 1 star for the placement of the hospital on NH7 BIA road

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my uncle got admitted in Prolife multi-speciality hospital in ICU. The care was very good and so nice doctors and staff. Especially front office staffs are very co operative and helping. I will recommend this hospital to everyone.

The doctors communication with the patience attendant was not good at all and even ICU doctor and visiting doctors doesn’t respond and he is unable give the exact situation of patient
MD of Prolife hospital Devraj doesn’t have time to talk to patients attend and listen to the issue.
One of the wrost personal I have seen in my life.
They want only money and wrost than beggars .
I like to appreciate the staff nurse and care takers for all the support .
