Madam I contacted you Behalf of your company Leo packers and Movers for Shifting My home from chickballapura to Yelahanka, Bangalore and we agreed on the sum of rupees 13000/-. You sent 3 of your agents with vehicle to pack and shift all the household items on 14/6/2020. However while on transit Your agents did not handled the house hold items properly and some of the items are broken including glass tray in Oven(LG) and Television(VU brand 50 inch TV) display is damaged. After shifting I asked your agents to connect the Television But they Refused to do it. After that you asked me to pay the agreed upon amount of 13000/- through PhonePe app. I obliged and paid you through my SBI bank account number ending with the number 7023. After that I contacted skilled DTH operator and got the TV connected. When He switched on the TV he noticed that the TV display panel is damaged and informed me. I immediately contacted you and told that your agents have broken the TV panel. You told me that you will talk to company head and inform and get the TV repaired or Replaced and you asked me to send the photo of The damaged TV. I sent the pictures and asked you to Do it As soon as possible. You agreed to get back to me with in a day. Since then I am calling you and sending Whattsapp messages to ask about the status of the complaint. But you are asking for time everytime I called you or messaged you. 4 months passed still I did not get any positive news from you or from your company. I am deeply saddened by the carelessness and indifference shown by you and your company.

The marketing exceptive gave wrong information and took the booking on weight basis. After taking the luggage which weighed about 95 kgs, they quoted 200kgs in the bill and charged double the price. Marketing executive became unresponsive after the booking and manager was reluctant to .add him to the conference call to question about the false promises. I was asked to either transfer the full amount to get the goods or 5000 to return them to picked up location. As I was left with not much of choice I transferred the money. They took twice the promised time to delver and some of the luggage (table) is damaged. I don't recommend at any cost. Don't fall in the trap of false promises. Once they pickup the luggage, they show the true colors and starts blackmailing and behaves unprofessionally.

I asked them to transport my goods(family memories after my parents death) from Bangalore to New Jersey and Bahamas)on January 13th 2019, so far only some of the goods to NéwJersey came and half of them were damaged but not to the Bahamas. The guy who came was Jitendra Sharma, whenever I called he said was sick or some such excuse. He is the biggest scam artist I have seen. Took the money and my family memories. Beware of him! I had a few pieces of family furniture lost that also.

They do not send rep. to the house to give estimate. Then they bring a small vehicle to transport our household goods. They stop half way during the loading and tell us the obvious that the vehicle is too small. Then they ask for double the money for providing the vehicle of correct size. Then they ask for more money on top of the double amount once loading is completed. They do not deliver the item on time to the destination. Then they ask for more money to unload. Please just book another packers and movers pay more if needed but avoid the hassle and problems.

**Reposting this review after Leo packers and movers changed the business name on my original review, because that’s how fraudulent they are** I'm writing this review of Leo Packers and Movers after using their services to move my belongings from India to the UK. I had 7 carton boxes of belongings, 3 of them were between 25 and 30kgs, 2 of them were between 24 and 26kgs, and the remaining 2 were 15 kgs and 21kgs. I was still charged at the 28kgs rate for each and every one of the cartons, including the carton that only weighed 15kg. In total, they charged me about 1 lakh rupees. Among my belongings, there was only 1 piece of furniture, the rest were clothes, kitchen items, shoes and handbags. The only piece of furniture was a chair I wanted to take with me. Leo Packers and Movers packed the chair but 1 week later, when I was already in the UK, they told me that it would cost me 45,000 rupees to transport the chair which is completely absurd. As I was no longer living in Bangalore, I asked Leo Packers and Movers to send the chair back to my sister in Bangalore. They never did, and just quietly kept the chair for themselves. When the items were due to arrive at my address in the UK, I was shocked to receive a bill of 120 GBP (about 12,000 Rupees) for customs duties. As all my items were personal belongings, I was exempt from any customs duties which are only imposed on commercial goods. I asked Leo Packers and Movers why this had happened, and they claimed that UK customs had just randomly imposed the duties and I had no choice but to pay up. So I got in touch with the UK branch of Aramex, which is the courier company used by Leo, and they informed me that the customs duties had been imposed as some of the cartons with my belongings had not been marked as personal goods, and the paperwork had been filled out incorrectly. When I contacted Leo about this, they stopped replying to my emails. Eventually I was able to extract my belongings from customs by liaising with the UK branch of Aramex as there was no further response from Leo. When my belongings finally arrived, I was horrified to open the carton that contained all my kitchen goods. This had all my dinner plates, bowls, cups, mugs, glasses, baking dishes, all fragile items made of ceramic and glass which I'd collected over many years. There were about 40 individual items in all, and every single one of them was smashed to pieces. Every single one. For some reason, Leo Packers and Movers had packed glass and ceramic items using only paper and with the minimum possible amount of bubblewrap, no doubt to cut corners. I was charged 14,000 rupees for that carton alone, and what I got was all my kitchen goods destroyed for 14,000 rupees. So my advice is, unless you're looking for a moving company that 1. steals your belongings, 2. destroys them and 3. makes fraudulent claims about customs charges on top of that, don't hire Leo Packers and Movers.

Hi everyone, please think twice before placing order to Leo Packers and movers. These people will quote for high price than others. Before taking an order these people will talk very sweetly, once they lift your items then they will start demanding for more money like we have not considered insurance in the quotation you have to pay extra for that and they never show insurance copy to customers they are looting money like anything. They will force to pay extra money by blackmailing your parcels will take more than 20 days for delivery if we do not take insurance.

Don't fall for the number of reviews and ratings of South Leo Packers and Movers, Bangalore.It's FAKE...They quote a less price initially to lure customers and in the end, at the time of billing, charge extra (Rs. 1200) for Lorry,handling charges..etc. They said they wouldn't deliver the goods if the amount was not paid. Delivery of goods was delayed by 2 days and the contents of a suitcase were soaked due to rainfall. WARNING: Get complete bill before proceeding with these packers.

The Leo Packers India is run by Vinod Shah and his son Niranjan. The entire experience was a nightmare - boys came very late and worked few hours and packing material finished. Next day again they came late. The goods were then put in warehouse after which the drama started. I got invoices with incorrect amounts and the Niranjan insisted insurance is compulsory. The per day storage and packing was also not in line with the quotation. I followed up for 6 months over email and call to Mr Niranjan and his father Mr Vinod. The behavior is terrible. They are rude, have attitude and are not customer oriented at all. Till April 2022 my goods are with them since Aug 2021. I need to seek police assistance to resolve my issue and get back my goods.
