★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst after sale service and continuous shortage of spare parts in the workshop.
Today was my 2nd free service so there was no oil change or repair work was required on it except replacement of combi brake lever (near rear brake lever) was required which I am asking since my 1st free service (Feb 2019) but it is still not available with them.
Now, all the had to do was just cleaning the vehicle and to my surprise (looking at their high rating above 4 stars here) it was 'pathetic and totally unprofessional' there were stains of grease and sweat all over speedometer console and rear view mirrors. They didn't even bothered to clean the neck area (below headlight console) and area near the front storage hook. It seems that only water was sprayed and no one bothered to clean it with the cloth even.
I contacted the showroom , they provided me the contact number of workshop manager (possibly) who is not picking up the phone.
It looks like KS is taking full advantage (disadvantage rather) of its single largest TVS dealership in Jaipur..
