★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 2 years of continued service now I have started facing issue in the service. They are not able to resolve the issue and replaced the battery and did some wiring change. They did something wrong and because of that headlight, horn and break lights gone. Once again I have changed the battery as instructed. I have took vehicle once again to Matrix and they instead of checking in detail they replaced the part and charged once again. Now once again the auto start and horn not working. I think battery once again started draining. If this not resolved and I will escalate matter further in the consumer forum. Please assist. I heard complaints from others also.
