★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked tvs Jupiter 125,disk, orange color scooty from tvs web portal and paid rs-84500 .
While booking I gave place name Bangaon(743235), north 24 parganas but tvs choose for me perfect auto somehow (Nadia dist) it's almost 80 km from my house. I booked this scooty for my wife as new year gift. I had a chat over phone with Mr- marian and compromise with color (orange not available) and go for blue color. He was very helpful and asure me a good service from perfect auto.
So I made a call to Mr - Shubhojit ( manager) before I go there and bargain for 1 lac for final price of Jupiter 125 and he told me it's new year he will make me happy. He told me
2 helmet+full tank petrol as offer, and I request him I need 1 Expo helmet for the same and I promise that I will take scooty from him.
Before I go also , had a word regarding 2nd options for finance and if all ok I will cancle first order and place new one with down payment.
Around 3:15 pm we reach perfect auto. It's took several hours to get to know that finance is not approved ( different district) or can not proseed farther. Mr Avajit Day (IDFC ?) was ok to serve us.
It was 7 pm I decided to go cash payment and then all drama began. I paid total 1lac 3000 in the end.
A ladies helmet with some discount and 1 lit petrol.
It's first day of the year, and i am really not happy...... Play with emotions.... You all dont have that right. Don't do fack promise please to the people just to sell. Really not happy . ..
As a customer paying the amount is not a problem for me but the way you made it, we will remember the experience.
