★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The condition of Service centre Maruti is deplorable. There is no air conditioning in the waiting lounge. In the pitch hot sunny weather only a fan runs over there. The sofa sets are in a desolate condition. The seats are torn off and worn out. No measures are taken for safety and sanitization of people. No proper cleaning is done. Lathered with dust and dirt. No proper greeting is done at the entrance. No water was served, leave alone beverages. No magazines were there. No sanitizers. Absolutely deplorable. But the manager Mr. Pal was a good and friendly person. But overall experience was very bad. Would have rated it less than 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need to improve its waiting area much more. Painting on wall has been done just may be One, Two days or one week back. Thiner smells sound. Ceiling and sitting sits are not properly maintained. But the behaviour of technician and the person, Laltu is nice. Yesterday our car has been breakdown in the area of Ranaghat, and when I have searched got it nearest me. They have arranged a car also for the journey back. We have leave our car there for repairing.
