★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Service guys.....Team Rishaan Auto Khandave nagar you have to improve yourself.
First service which I did for my Jupitor was bad.I inform team and they ask to come again.visited there they did nothing and return the vehicle as it is claiming they did the work properly...but the problem was not solved.
Second service-
Before giving to servicing I informed them again previous issue and the bad service,They assured me that it will not happen again.Since the words was very soft so I decided to give for servicing.Then problem started again.
I asked her to pick and drop facility she told me ok I will arrange.First day No one was came to pick.When I called in the evening she told no one was there to pick, Tomorrow morning we will pick.
Second day no one was came I called her again in the afternoon she told me,I will send now and you will get delivery in the evening I said OK.They came and pick up the vehicle.
Third day no response and no drop for service vehicle.
Fourth day I was continuously asking for delivery then they told me its still in the shop floor and work is going on.
This time just pathetic.
Team TVS please look at the service and improve....lot of improvement needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Give your byke to servicing here if you want more problems in it. Gave my byke here just for polishing and sw update and suddenly from next day it started automatically getting off.
Shown this problem to them next 2 times but didnt resolved.
Very frustrating..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Oct 2021, after giving my bike for servicing they were able to repair the things which needed attention, however they damaged something else. Few months later now when the customer service rep called me asking to deliver the bike for servicing, I explained what has happened last time and that I am unhappy and I will not bring my bike to their service station. All she had to say was "Okay".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience from Test Ride to Booking to Home Delivery. Staff is polite and proficient in customer relations. Booking price was 1000 INR in 2021. Registration, Insurance and Accessories assembly was done efficiently and within the ETA given at the time of payment and invoicing. Location is quite close to the highway so test ride may become a challenge at times if you want to check for a extended ride.
