I dont know about the tvs company.
but the machenic and reception boy are runnings scams.
I had jupiter which has low pickup issue, so i explain them my problem.they check my jupiter for 3 hours.and atlast they just cleaned my carborator which took about an hour. And said its done.
But my scooty was just sightly improve.
After asking them they said the main problem is resolved now you need to replace clutch shoes and rolles,drive belt etc.but at that point i didnt have much time to do it. its was already 5 pm.i visit their show room at sharp 12.
And then the machenic talk very nicely he said sorry for taking too long he will clean clutch assembly for 500rs which will be good enough for some time. And said if i want to take bill it will cost 1500 he will do it for 600rs if i gave him personaly.
I had no idea so i gave him.
But when i went to local machenics they told me the whole problem was that my chutch shoe's, rollers,belts were old.
There was no reason for whole day waiting and paying over 600+350 for curburator and clutch shoes cleaning.
I am very disappointed with tvs company.
I dont think its all tvs all fault but they should be watching how their own machinics and reception boy are ruining tvs.
I lost 900rs and whole day just for cleaning scooty.
If they done their job seriously and just changed my clutch and belts.it would be fine..
Ill say do not trust tvs company.instead go for a brand which has good after sell service.
My sister never had issue with activa service center.
