★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave my scooter service but after visiting 6 times to the service centre issue still not resolved very pathetic service no customer safety at all just making money and using cusomers bike petrol for cleaning auto parts after charging 650 as a service charges already made a complaint in tvs but they are also same no issue resolved

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got serviced my Grand Jupiter Scooter on 25th.
I drop my scooter at 9:30 AM and was asked to come back 1 PM to collect the Scooter.
But when I reached back the scooter was serviced but was not washed.
And the excuse given by staff was different from person to person, even the staff was ready to fight with me. There was a rush and Had a hard core debate with the staff.
I asked them to give the discount of Washing price on my bill and let me go. And they were not ready. Finally I called there customer care service and was availed of discount of 10% which was equal to 116 rupee.
One more experience that this is the regular problem with Simran TVS, Even I faced this issue thrice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had purchased TVS 4V Limited Edition 15 days ago. The service quality which I received from TVS is quite poor from day 1. It has been 15 days and even don't have my temporary number. The sales staff just defaulted on their commitment. Even while I purchased the byke there was no proper fitting done in the byke of brakes and meters which later I had got it fixed on the other showroom. No corporate discount no additional goodies were even provided. The byke is too good in performance but had purchased it from the wrong showroom.
