โ โ โ โ โ Service is too bad. What i have observed is they are not even looking at the complaints which we have reported. They are happy to replace the old parts with new parts but they won't repair old parts even old parts still has life. They'll simply do water servicing that's it.

1. The name and contact number of the franchisee are displayed prominently.
2. Likewise, the availability of the company service engineer may be indicated.
3. It may be better if the sales depot and service station are entrusted to two different franchisees.

โ โ โ โ โ No spare parts avaialble most of the times..we have to go again and get the sparepart.. I went two times again and again for rectification nad sparepart. Bad news is important spares like brake levers headlights or break lights clutch cables etc also kept readily which is a life risk for us... so decided to go other work ships and test my luckyness..

โ โ โ โ โ Management is very neglected to customer operations. They are not responsible for customers work. They are fully money minded only. I never seen this type management and work also. They have minimum knowledge about bike smart bluetooth installation also. My 45days is wasted for this management. Bike booking time is covid time , so not an issue. But after purchase bike, they are not responsible for customer work, like bike number plates, bike registration etc.
Im purchased bike 2months back, still no number plates give to me. Im asking regularly, they said "sir , please I'll inform you" , but they not informing me. So, thats why am i angry on their performance. Simply they are money minded and main preference is for money only, not only customer. This one star is also waste for this.

โ โ โ โ โ For my Apache rtr180 Very worst experience.. many times faced.. they created other problem while they solve one in service. They held my bike for days but couldn't resolved. They always node their head when you say problems in bike. But never repair. And, they never maintain spare parts stock. Always says have to order and it'll come little lately.. better to choose other if any....
