★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I'm visited this place for buy Jupiter scooty. First of all well connected to main road and easily reached here. When we entered into showroom a employee came near and ask for requirements those nature and attitude is good. He took us to other floor and showing bikes and tell all details and then give us time to discuss. Then finally we go down for further process like discount payment and other documents for buying bike. Ashok sir deal with us like a friend and tell all details related process. After payment for bike we wait for 45min to delivered for bike . After completing necessary step for bike they take a picture with bike to providing key . Then we leave that place. On waiting time we observed employee working method or attending customer is all good. Male and female employees are good and take responsibility to fulfill your requirement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service experience here. I m totally dissatisfied with this service centre. Service centre's advance Booking facility is totally worst because i used advance Booking but when i went to service centre there is no positive response for us. I have to submit bike serial wise there is no benefit of advance booking. And major issue is time taking. My bike was all new star city 110 bs6 with 3rd free service but this service centre waste my time approximately 4.30 hours for delivery. I complained to vrindavan service manager but i did not get any satisfactory result very bad customer support.
You should go with Speed Tvs that is situated in Rajapur traffic Chauraha because they provide far better service and fast resolution as well as ambience of Speed TVS is much better than Vrindavan TVS.
Not Recommended. I m totally dissatisfied with this service center. I already changed this Service centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased Tvs Ntorq from this showroom, at first glimpse while puchasing the vehicle they are very polite to me, but after that i came to see there real behaviour with there customers.
They were very rude to me while giving me rc and number plate.
And also when i take my vehicle for servicing they were careless about customer satisfaction, they treat me like i am a only number to them like other.
