★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great team and Mr.pushpak was extremely professional and prompt in his response. We got our empty flat in indirapuram cleaned by twinkletime. They reached the venue right on time and started their work even before we could reach the place.
The house looks squeaky clean and almost brand new. I am extremely glad that I hired their services and will surely recommend their services to anybody who wants to hire them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are not professional as well as they don't know how to use GPS system properly and hence they will not reach your home on time. The owner is very Mannerless and they just lie about their work as well as they just make excuses.
It's better to opt for Urban Or any other cleaning company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unprofessional!!! Total waste of money. The team was not at all trained. Inspite of paying 100% advance and going by Mr. Pushpak's terms of pre-booking etc. they did a horrible job. It was a full deep cleaning service and there are parts of my house which are still left to be cleaned. The single disc floor sweeping machine did not work and my whole house was just mopped. They did not finish the entire work also.Morever the staff was very rude and back- answered everytime we tried to tell them what they had not done.One staff got his food and started eating in the master bedroom sitting on my puff.Pathetic...will.never take their servcie again.

Staff member perform the service with full efforts and dedication. Overall satisfied with their service. The only suggestion is they should use machine and equipment rather than manual efforts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took the service of washroom cleaning by M/s Twinkletime for the 3rd time, as we shifted to our new home in Greater Noida few days back...First time our washroom were very dirty...What a cleaning service provided...now our washrooms shined like a top class hotel washroom...Excellent washroom cleaning work by Mr. Monu and Mr. Vipin....they are very hard working, polite and laborious...thery are an asset...Mr. Pushpak is one of the best service provider in this field...Well done by all team..!!! Will took their service again..
I positively recommend it to everyone looking for cleaning work...???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience was bad...I would never recommend them for deep cleaning. Yes , basic cleaning they can do but not deep cleaning which they claim according to my experience. Highly disappointed and waste of time with them. I had to remind them the condition multiple times after which the work was done. The worker was rude and inappropriate to talk to. Also they would claim to be the professionals on phone but don't go by their words if you need a good job done.
