+ Proper sitting arrangements is not there.
+ Staff behaviour is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is not professional in talking. I ordered panjabi chap around 10:15 pm which was already late and we were not able to make food, we got order around 11 PM but it was extremely spicy we took a bite and mouth start burning, it was that spicy we could not take it.
We called and discussed about it but they did not provide another order or refund.
My simple question is at this point of time 11:25 pm when we did not cook food and received chap was too spicy that it will make you ill for sure.
I dont recommend veer ji chap wale at all, because for me if you don't get food when required it is all waste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to bring malai chaap for my kids I found nobody including the owner wearing a mask during this time when I asked him why nobody wearing mask and maintaning hygienic condition he replied that we all are double vaccinated, countering his this claim I asked him then why 131 doctors died in delhi during second wave who got vaccinated under health worker just after first wave, he looked clue less. So overall it was his 'dont care' attitude on any aspect may lead to closer of outlet very soon. As far as food is concerned they are maintaining worst hygienic level in crossing.

Only downside is that the food is a oily.
