★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we purchased automatic water level controller and indicator from U-Tech System and same was installed on 8/12/20 . Mr. Harish who owns U-Tech had visited my place during installation and he explained us how the connection will be given very promptly as we have multiple overhead tanks. We are happy with the service provided by U-TECH . Hope same will be continued in future as well.

Installation done but no service during complaints.waited for 1 week but no response from their dealer at pattambi palakkad district Kerala.The dealer and his workforce are irresponsible and arrogant.Does not responds to calls and the customer wait for them indefnitly.
I do not suggest this dealer at pattambi Mr.Hassainar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After sales is support is a nightmare. They generally do not trun up. And after several calls one of the technician turned up and changed the sensor of my water level controler and charged me 500. They say that the service charge is 350, the system itself costs 3000 only. I refused to pay and told I need to talk to your higher officials. I was speaking to him politely and he did cut the call when he does not have a answer to my questions. Then I called again now he started threatening that you have to pay else I will send more goons to collect the money. Bad experience, dealing with uncivilised and uncultured company and employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor after sales service. Water heater started leaking in two places after servicing. They wouldn't come to even take a look at it. Installation was done poorly, with the inlet pipe running across the roof where anyone could step on it.
