★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rs 5776 was debited from my bank account yesterday as a transfer but I have not initiated any transfer. When I went and reported the issue to the bank they said its a banking mistake from there side and will be refunded. The reason they gave was because my name was matching to another customer in same branch my account was debited instead of his. When I asked why are they not doing it with the unique account number. There was no suitable answer. I said them refunding is not the only solution where is the security for my money as it can happen with a bigger amount. They said they are doing an EOD audit which fixes this issue every day. So its a day to day issue with any or the other customer. I said its like slapping a person and saying sorry. The manager in turn said me I do not have a banking knowledge. I said that is why my whole family is a vustomer of this bank. Her attitude was very rude and no customer policy service.
