★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THIS APPLICATION IS DOING NOTHING WITH MY PRIORITY ACCOUNT,I HAVE TRIED MANY TIMES, ALWAYS SHOWING ALL CREDENTIALS SUBMITTED ARE WRONG, EVEN MY VALID DEBIT CARD THEY DON'T RECOGNISE INSPITE OF PUTTING CORECT CREDENTIALS.
AND THERE IS NO OPTION FOR FORGOT PASSWORD OPTION, EVERY BANK HAS THIS OPTION.
OVERALL THE LATEST VERSION HAVE FULL OF BUGS.N CUSTOMER FRIENDLY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3rd largest private sector lender of our country. This is second branch of barasat area after nabapalli branch . This is 1695 number service outlet of axis Bank limited. Locker facility is available at this branch but charges are on a higher side. Some of the staff members are not adequately trained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Axis Bank Barasat Branch Help Desk Lady is so rude.I have two accounts with them but they are least concerned about you unless you have anything to buy from them.
This lady has given misleading information to me regarding KYC form fill up.
This 2nd Branch was so good when its started now its becoming unbearable .
At the same time I went to Nabapally branch Barasat they extremely good at customer services...not sure why so much difference in two different branches.
