★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They provide the worst banking service. Most of the staffs are rude. Even the manager is inactive. It took two months to one of my friends to open a savings account in this branch. Manager told him that they are not opening savings account now but if he takes the full package of opening a savings account and buying insurance then he can open the account now otherwise he has to wait for few months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch has become a places for fraudsters !! You want to open a new locker, they will demand you buy a life insurance along with that, and that also on the spot, else locker won't be created. You want to add another person to lockers name, they ask for additional 1500 rupees !!! What is this?? You think the customers have account in SBI to be harassed by your gundagiri?? It seems these criminals (including the bearded manager) have no higher management to control them, and this place is the haven for doing all illegal activities !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad. The bank is full of frauds. Be aware, If the bank is calling you for any maintenance of purpose of the account followed by, asking you for bringing any documents such as PAN card or Aadhar Card. The bank will put name of the clients in credit card without even informing them. And after that the clients have to run for pillar to post to cancel the card. Pathetic..It is my heartly request that don't make any account in State of Bank. Even the Manager is of no use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst branch of SBI in Barasat. There is only one employee who knows the right way to work, she is Barnali di. The behavior of every staff of this branch is disgusting. They are also not aware of the correct working method. Not even the bank manager. Moreover, ATM machines are often out of order.
