★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the best public sector bank out there, but still better than many other banks. The staff are usually helpful. Only drawbacks are that the self service machines remain out of order most of the times, and there is a lot of customers resulting in slow service. Also the bank seldom remains under staffed.
