★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Facing lot of issues after purchase with no proper response from builder. Main issue is water seepage during monsoon thereby damaging the walls and wooden cupboards attached to the wall.
Parking seems to be a major concern with all 54 flats being promised car parking but there is max space for 25 cars

In front of the apartment railway track is there so sound is there 24*7.
Also at the time of purchase seller will tell there will no hidden charges and also Bescom and khata transfer everything is included but once you will purchase the flat then you I'll be end paying extra 20k approx in the name of bribe which was not told initially.
Seepage issue is there almost in all 54 flats of the building.When you asked to correct them they will definitely do after monts of follow up. Tiles in almost all flats balcony is not correctly aligned. Big issue with parking very confused..I will suggest it's better to go with renowned builders as whatever charges will be there they I'll tell you to pay upfront and there I'll no hidden charges. And also after paying hefty of amount in the name of bribe do not expect your work to be done withing month . The main issue that on papers and pamplets they have shown that it is RERA and A khata flat and but Builder has constructed penthouses illegally on terrace which in future turn this building to B khata. So while purchasing the flat you will paying for A khata building and in future if you ha e to sell you end up getting B khatta price.
So "0" raiting for this apartment.
