★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice intiative for kids to play and for physio for the adults but the slide is broken and hasn't been repaired for quite some time, that could be taken care of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called a children's park, it's a misnomer because it serves adults as much as it does children. True, a lot of children's play toys are there but there are equipment for adults as well.
There's a walking track, tucked away in the park, safe from the maddening vehicular traffic just outside.
One danger that lurks is the presence of 132 KV overhead electric transmission line which go right through the park.
I am happy that Chi Udayshankar, as prolific a poet as ever wrote in Kannada, has been rendered immortal by naming these two adjacent parks after him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and well maintained park for workout. We visit this place 3 times a week and the elders here are guiding very gently the new comers to behave and use the equipment properly. Very appreciated.
