★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very clean, hygiene and decent Darshani eat out for any South Indian dishes. Evening snacks chats are very delicious and one must try. It’s authentic Udupi dishes such as Mangalore bun, goli bajji are very nice with filter coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! It was a memorable eating! We ordered our favourite neer dosa and it was very tasty and of good quality. Idli was very nice along with sambar. And most importantly the Vada was too too too good... My mouth waters even now ... Very crispy and tasty... Yummmm We were especially lucky to get the just fried fresh Vada late afternoon. Above all the customer service that the entire team provided from cashier to servers is excellent. One person who catches the eyes is an old man - a cleaner... He was so dedicated to his work... Truly inspiring to the young!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always had a carvings for dosas. Udupi Veg is one of the few places where you get one of the best south Indian dishes (dosa items especially) for a rate that is lesser when compared to other south Indian restaurants.
On weekends there will be good rush. But still you can manage to have breakfast within half an hour and come out.

I just want to mention an incident here - one day the person in the bill counter was not there; mmediately the dosa master asked what I wanted and he immediately started preparing my order even before the counter person turned up. The kind of trust they have among themselves and on their customers is what makes them flourish. Ofcourse food is good and some of their dishes are excellent.
