★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As expected, this is same like all govt offices. If you are visiting for correction in adhar need to visit 9 am to get token because after 9 am they will not provide you token and neither entertain you.
I fail to understand then why the hell they mentioned open till 6pm.
Very bad service, its better pay some extra money to local vendor and get it done without hassle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management is very poor. Wasting a lot of man hours of common Man by letting them stand in queues for several hours. Very impolte staff. Government should do something to improve the services.
When I reached the counter, the staff remind me of the serial office office. One staff send me to another and he send me back..
It will be a great help to common man if monitoring process is made stringent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the place for the address change in my adhar card but I reached at 6 and the place was closed. The authorised person informed me that they do not updated anything in the adhar card, you need to visit Akshardham Branch of UIDAI. This place is also known as Supreme court metro station. Make you're visiting here between 8:30 to 4 only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The peoples sitting over there are too slow and don't care their responsibilities. And amazingly the government is not interested in feedback, we all know the 'sarkaari system' they don't need to review their productivity as their job and future is safe.
Disgusting, I hate this slow system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad staffing services. Here is no enquiry or help desk. For any kids of work like DOB, ADDRESS, NAME CORRECTION ETC...Changes, you need to visit here in mornings 5 AM or less for take token. If in the line have a 200 people they will issue token first 100 people only. Gurd is talking manner less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a bad day... When I went Pragati Maidan for Adhar correction... Because.. There was a huge crowd.... And they were.. Old men, old women, and young men and women.. And they were saying I'm coming here since the morning(they have been waiting there for last 6 hours) ...but there is no response.. From the UIDAI staff.. I was also waiting for them... After some time a lady called me.. U have to come tomorrow.. Because time is over.. And office are closing here. But there was many people... Who want help. ..but they did not hear their Queries..it was so bad day for me... I hope Indian government will be solve this problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You will keep cursing the system and the staff while you have to wait outside but once inside the office you will find the staff helpful and polite.
Had to reach the venue to join the queue at 5am. Found a 3 people already in the line since 3am.
Office opened arnd 8:30am and soon tokens (around 150) were distributed.
Got all the work done by 10:30am.
