★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A view of the pathway at night is very pleasing to the eyes. The lights from the other side of the lake that had buildings reflect on the water and adds to the charm. This is a historical landmark in bangalore. The army handles half of the lake and the govt the other. Its very well maintained and is a favourite among walkers in the morning and evening. It attracts a lot of crowd over the week - end with vendors selling their wares in carts and food tempos. Ppl drive but for the amazing fried maize that you get there, or to simply enjoy some chat, there are momo's avaliable. And small street vendors that sell interesting items for adults and kids. A good way to unwind on a Sunday night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful lake amidst the city view. A great place for morning and evening walks. The only disappointment was the stagnant water that caused bad odour at some places. Overall a good place for walks and relaxing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great running track. Nice views. It's always awesome to run on the waterfront. Would have loved it if the track was all around the circumference of the lake. Definitely amongst the top jogging tracks in the garden City. Could find couple of people boating in the lake. Still.more of lake beautification needs to be done.
