I would like to explain good experience with Ultimate Tech elevator MD Srinivas. About the service and Maintenance of the lift.
I can say very bad lift service .
Ultimate Tech elevator have installed my life in the year 2017 . I have settled all the payment . But he didn't hand over the license copy to me till today.
I took ANM for the year 2018, during that time also he didbt give license copy.he was telling copy is with him dnt worry
In between he told I have to pay balance amount to pay. How fraud he is . I have settled all the amount.
Note: He is been reffered by my relative an he relative to him .knownon persons only will do fraud things .
We faced some lift issues in the year 2018 landing problem . They took to resolveissue one month .
Our Apartment people that lest cancel ANM for 2019.
Again I asked for the license copy now he is telling he didn't get the copy from KEB till now now he asking for MS building approval and ANM after fixing the lift for 3years .
This is the maintenance and service provided by Ultimatech elevator .
I will rate him the warst lift and MD Srinivas is fraud.
Don't go with this company lift services .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got refferred ultimatech elevator from my younger brother friend , he introduced to Srinivas ultimatech elevator MD to son in law to fix the elevator for his apartment in telecomm layout vijyanagar. Really warst service provided by ultimatech Maintenace we through he will give good service they will give every month we used to observe lift breakdown. Coming to money payment he used to receive money on time without any delay in payments.once installation in done and 1year free maintenance they have given but didn't give license for the lift and still he will come back and say balance money we need to pay.
Lift is fixed in the year 2017.one year free maintenance. Still the license copy is not given to use. Now he it's pending from KEB.
We cancelled his AND maintenance with them. Now he refusing to pick my phone not responding for license copy.
Really think before going for Ultimatech elevator.
I have given complaint to KEB about the license issues .

Maintenance is not good one year free service they will give ,every month we used to observe lift breakdown. Maintenance is taken care by ultimatech company itself and is very cost efficient. I strongly recommend Ultimatech elevators for new elevators or maintenance or servicing of old elevators.
