★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st, the google maps location is completely wrong.
2nd, the receptionist gave an appointment for 11:30am. When I called her at 11:05am, asking or directions since maps were wrong, she tells me she'd cancelled the appointment since we didn't show at 10:45am.
