First of all the marketing representative, whom I contacted first time in Kolkata, is very professional and helpful. All other people of their team is also good. They know their job very well. The packing was very good. The delivery time was also very first. At the end, the people in Chennai was very good. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with them.

I discussed my movement of household materials From Kolkata to Ambala with Mr. Prosenjit and he assured me that he will give the best possible service. Initially I was a bit skeptical but the way Umang team packed and picked my materials from my home made be believe something good is about to happen. Eventually I received my materials on the 5th day including pickup date to 1700KM away at Ambala. The unloading team at Ambala was equally efficient, unloading and unpacking all my package within 1 hour. Overall experience, deserving 5/5 Stars. I'm happy and definitely recommend Umang to my friend and family members. Thank you Mr. Prosenjit.

Disgusting and pathetic delivery Service! Mr. Prasenjit Chakraborty is a liar and will harass you till extreme. Firstly, they charge you humongously and irrescpective of promising you a delivery in 7-8 days, they will take more that 17 - 18 days. I booked ONLY 6 cartons from Kolkata - Bangalore on Feb 7, 2020. ( Mind it, I told Mr. Prasenjit, that I am shifting after marriage and the packages will contain important and essentials things ). He assured that it will be delivered within scheduled time and there will be no issue. They asked for a charge of Rs.11300 initially considering 10 packages ( Packing and Transport ) and finally agreed for Rs. 10300 ( only 6 cartons ). Here starts the first stage of Cheating. I still agreed, cause I needed them urgently. When I called them on afternoon 9th Feb, 2020, they informed it will leave that night and by Feb 13, 2020 I will receive it. Then starts my harassment session. He neither gave any tracking ID nor there was any communication from his end. On Feb 12, 2020, When my husband called him to know the status, he said, the truck met with an accident at VIzag. He is so careless, and there was no intimation from his end as well. At this point, I was only hoping that I receive my Shipment safe and sound. Again, there was no information from his till Feb 16, 2020 and AGAIN when we called him, he said, a new truck went from Kolkata to Vizag to collect the shipment. He gave me his Truck Owner's number, and asked to speak to him. Came into Picture Mr. Shamsher ( another Liar, unprofessional, impolite ). To my surprise, this guy told me, there was no accident, and the truck actually left from Kolkata 4 days back that is on Feb 12, 2020. You can imagine the kind of harassment we faced. And Mr. Prasenjit was reluctant and was continuously telling it will reach by Feb 18, 2020. When I asked for a clear picture and told him, I already paid 90% of the charges ( Rs.9300 ), he & Mr. Shamsher threatened me to do whatever I want. We, as a customer can't do anything and to check his Bill. ( I am attaching Pic of the same ) Please check and tell that moron Mr. Prasenjit, whether or not we can take an action on him. To cut the horror story short , finally, I received my Packages on FEB 22, 2020 at 11 pm after calling them day and night. And when I saw the packages, 2 of them were not SHRINK WRAPPED. I wrote this review, so no one gets cheated by this idiot PRASENJIT. PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND AWARE OF THIS CHEATER AND HARASSER!!

Completely professional service and true to all its competition. A Team of 8 came on the set date and packed all goods with no issues at all. Kolkata to Bangalore in 4 days, that was the speed of delivery. Hassle free, great service

Why I shall again take services from Umang International ? 1. Packaging was awesome The fragile items have been taken absolute care My TV was shipped without any scratch on it and same with Fridge 2. The Umang personnel in Pune was awesome and took care of unloading 3. Prasenjit Chakraborty - He is real gentlemen and honest. 4. On time delivery of items 5. Reasonable rate compare to market Over all FIVE STAR.

Used their service to move my home from Kolkata to Bangalore. Amazing team, on time pick up and delivery. Would highly recommend them. P.S - They promised an estimate of 9 - 10 days to deliver my household stuff, but the delivery was done within 7 days.

People usually look for some reputed brands & as obvious one remain in stress untill stuff reach 2 it's destination, in this scenario if one takes full guarantee along with kind of suggestions which doesn't comes in such fussy situation than wt else one want. Recently transferred my luggage from Kolkata to Jharkhand, superb delivery, value for money & great professionalism shown by owner Prasenjit ?

I booked umang packers and movers as on 13 th december and the personnel who wrapped my bed have damaged while doing the same in kolkata...i noticed it after the bed arrived in hyderabad...when i enquired about the same to umang packers and movers instead of helping me out in repairing the bed they have completely avoided my texts.below is a sample pic.
