★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s ok but only tuk tuks, no taxis unless you pre-hires/hire pick up. At night, watch out for stray dogs and the ocasional feral pig. Food options are questionable.

Almost all long route train halt here, for Bandhavgarh national park this is nearest railway station which is directly connected with jabalpur and Raipur.
Try to book tickets online because staff of this station are very rude and unprofessional. If you will try to complaint against them u may face problem with higher level.
Night car parking facilities available but don't trust the parking person. Don't forget to take all valuable items from your car.

Bandhavgarh National Park is in the central Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. This biodiverse park is known for its large population of royal Bengal tigers, especially in the central Tala zone. Other animals include white tigers, leopards and deer. The mix of tropical forest, Sal trees and grassland is home to scores of bird species, including eagles. To the south are the remains of the ancient Bandhavgarh Fort.
