One of my relative is staying and enjoying a lifetime achievement he has got by purchasing a Flat in this complex.
A scenic hill and lake view is adding stars to the beauty.
Road connectivity is very good. Well connected to Karjat and Pune and Mumbai and soon will be connected to Panvel.
The developers are customer centric. He has very good relationship management skill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for the inquiry.. the dealer said all the rooms are sold and there is only 2 rooms available at the moment... he showed us the room and i said i dont want the room at the very top floor then he said yes we have the rooms and the lower floors too...
All the rooms were not sold..although the dealer was charging very very much price for the 1 bhk as well as 2bhk... they prices were literally comparable to almost thane area flat prices .
The dealer was very cunning and he was charging extra 70000 rs for midc water plan... which should be included in the flat price..
1 bhk price was 34 lacs ...GST, STAMP DUTY, REGISTRATION was excluded in this ...you need to also buy the parking area ...with every thing they said its nearly 37 lacs of 1 bhk ...but when i questioned what will be the agreement value they said its 29 lacs.. the rest of the 8 lacs will go in the pockets of dealers..
⚠️caution and beware before buying these flats... they are lot more of hidden charges for the dealers...
If you are looking for buying these flats ...you should be having a well knowledge of property's and dealing with these kind of dealers...they are a trap
