β β β β β Very professional approach, the service was excellent, especially Mr.Akram and Ms. Shahnaz were very supportive and were always in contact to ensure everything goes as per plan.. the umrah trip was excellent, we had very short duration but they ensured that we get good hotels near to haram, even the local transport in private cars was very good and on time, once again I thank them for there excellent service and support

Trip booking along with facilities was good.
Hotel provided in medina was good
Cab facility was awsome
Hotel in makkha was sub standererd not as per ittenerary mentioned as 4 star room, service along with food quality was not more than 2 star hotel.
Brief description of itenerary and package details should be incorporated, to make the package details clear.
Ziyarat time should be mentioned in the itenerary
Brief description of hotel along with hotel photo should be incorporated so that each discussed points should be 100%clear .
Over all good exoerience .
