ALLAH gave me and my wife a beautiful journey for umrah .
For this journey " waxwing" played an important role to arrange all the necessities even at very low cost with very good accommodation facilities at both MAKKAH as well as MADINA HOTELS .
Distance OF HOTELS was near to HARAM in both the places.Hotel was good too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a NRI(USA) and i had to take my parents for Umrah from India. At first i was very skeptical about the agency. I went and met Mr Maroof, he was nice and polite. I had few conditions. 1. I had to go on a custom package 2. I had be very near to Mecca( Haram Sharif) or Madina Masjid . Mr Maroof prepared me the itinerary with full details. And specified all the travelling details and the cost( it was 6 night package) . The passport of deposited which was the hardest part at least for me, he promised the passport will be return in couple of days.
And as was told and discussed and promised everything was delivered. We arrived in Madina first, the driver came to pick up very very nice and humble guy(apologizes didn't remember the name , next time i go i have to take him as my guide/driver) . The hotel was very nice and very close.
The second part of the trip was Mecca, the hotel was nice and close as provided. * Here is one part. The local driver that we got was not up to the mark. I think i should have contacted Maroof at this time, as he was constantly keeping in touch. ONE MORE housekeeping item,while our return back from Mecca to Delhi, the driver dropped as at Jeddah international airport that NOT the airport if you going on pilgrimage visa. you have to go the Hajj terminal, it was a last minute scramble and with really old people with you its not easy......
Overall a very nice experience and good work on part of Mr Maroof

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently traveled to Saudi Arabia with parents to perform Umrah through Maroof Bhai at Wax Wings.
He is one of the very nice and humble and cooperative guy.
Everything whether legal or personal was arranged by him in well advanced whether that was Visa, insurance or COVID related documents as well as we were guided by him at every step.
Everything went smooth whether it was airport pickup and drop or hotels or the journey from Medina to Mecca.
I would say, food was really good that was provided to us at hotels during suhoor, iftar and dinner.
It was one of my biggest dream to perform Umrah with my parents and finally it became reality with the help of Maroof Bhai.
