★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are cheaper compared to hotels in Delhi. Interior set up of rooms is satitisfactory.
They provide a kitchen, with gas stoves, utensils and refrigerator, so that you can cook on your own if you wish.
Room servicing is not that good.
Proper cleanliness of rooms is not there, in view of the ongoing pandemic Covid-19.
We were asked to change our room, after 1 day of stay, as some other guest had to stay in that room. Had to packup everything again and shift to a new room.That was a disappointment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I travel frequently both for my job and for family vacations. I've stayed at different types of hotels and home stays but this was probably the worst! Rooms are far far different from those shown in pictures. Amenities are either faulty or of poor quality. The kitchen is very untidy and it was smelling very bad. Moreover, you have to share it with 4/5 other boarders with common utensils and cutlery. You won't get package drinking water or tea in there. Overall very bad experience and not recommended at all. The room was big otherwise there is nothing in the property someone will like.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This property is overpriced. Don't expect any facilities from them. They dont even provide toilet papers untill you ask for it. Me and my friend requested toilet papers. I got it on next day and my friend got it before his check out. They dont make up the rooms until you request. The staff are terrible. They will neglect any of your request and even argue over many thing. The kitchen and common areas are very dirty and stinky. The whole property is dirty. I will never recommend to anyone.

Property is in a very good and clean area.Green park Metro station is very near and Hauz khas village is also not very far. Rooms are spacious and clean.Internet connectivity is very good.Staff is very polite and cordial as well.Will recommend this place.
