★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this unicare logistic is nothing but a cheat. they will lure you into evrything , take your money and then cheAT you. they will rob everything from your car even the music system...my car was in perfect condition when they took it but after 1.5 months i am not getting back by car. i got some photos of my car recently they have not only accidented my car nut also stole everything from it. there is one deepak yadav..whose sweet voice you should never trust he is the main culprit along with gurdeep.. i am going to register a FIR tomorrow along with consumer cased that is going to be lodged tomorrow 05.01.2018in gurgaon police station as wella as gurgaon DC court. these bastards should be punished .... they are very very cunnning ... they need to be taught a lesson... i will teachj them a lesson.. either they will pay back me with all the damages they caused or else i am going to destroy them....thses are all randy ke aulad .....they will be taight a lesson///

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had an horrid and life threatening experience with this transport. Gurdeep asked for one week to deliver my car. Then delayed it by a week more. They can lie to an extent that they told me that vehicle has reached delhi while it was still in Mumbai. Then they would not deliver and will ask you to come and collect at his location. The best comes there.
The demeanour and language changes once you hand over your vehicle. He has his goons in place who will not mind man handling or threatening you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree with Mr. Kabir Ksa and we had a similar experience with Unicare logistics and Mr. Deepak Yadav. We were relocating to other country and requested that our suitcases and car to be delivered from Gurgaon to Hyderabad within 10days. I paid 70% of the amount at the time of pick up and the remaining amount was supposed to be paid after delivery. Mr. Deepak assured and confidently said that we will receive our suitcases within 5-6 days and 100% by day 10 without any hesitation and car in 10days as well. After 4 days of pickup we called him everyday and he said he will get back to us on the status and never called back. His answer was he cannot tell because there are thousands of trucks to figure out!! We got the our suitcases first after four weeks. Then Mr. Deepak said he will only deliver my car only after the paying the remaining 30% in spite of our agreement that the car should first delivered before paying remaining amount. I paid the remaining amount online through bank transfer and my car was delivered. Shockingly, the car was damaged on the back side. We were helpless and the whole experience was terrible (unexplainable). There is no accountability and Mr. Deepak behaved like a street rowdy and there is nothing much we could do. I hope this will help others to totally avoid these people. Unfortunately I left the country, otherwise I would have filed an FIR on these people as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smooth, fast process throughout! unicare was professional, friendly, and communicative. Everything was handled quickly by email and phone. I decided on a Monday to ship my car from Bangalore to Delhi. It was picked up on Wednesday, left town on Monday, and I received it the following Tuesday. Staff was also very communicative and great! Will definitely use again and you should too!

The employees are very soft spoken and the drivers who manage the operation are very efficient and skilled. Initially, when I was planning to shift my car I had lot of concerns, how safe will be my car, will it reach destination without any trouble etc. All the questions were answered by them. Even their top management guys took time to call me up, assure me the best service and cleared all my doubts and fears. I strongly recommend to my friends if you have any transpiration requirements you can trust this company
