★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have I phone 7 , last month suddenly it is showing cellular update failed and no service to the network, I searched through Internet and i found on apple website that it is defect in main logic board for I phone 7 phones , and it will be repaired free of charge .
Apple mentioned some condition
If your iphone has any damage which impairs the ability to complete the repair, such as a cracked screen , that issue will need to be resolved prior to the service. In some cases, there may be a cost associated with the additional repair.
Authorised service provider told me that your phone is eligible in this programe for free of charge repair but in your screen very small
Dot is there so it will rejected
But that very small dot doesn't affect anything and he told to repair this cost will 30,000.
Instead of accepting company manufacturing defect and repairing they are putting other conditions and offering us to upgrade phone with buyback

You go with one problem you will be told that there is another problem inspite it is still working
The customer service is not at all efficient other competitors customer service which I have used are better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most horrible service imaginable. First they refused to repair a hardware issue with my ipad saying that they don't repair this product. Then I got ot fixed outside. Then after a few days, a mysterious software issue developed that nobody in the world can fix. Scam company selling scam products. Will never buy another apple product again in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed with the staff service. They dont even deserve 1 star. They don’t know how to talk with customers.
This is the 4th time i have visited the store for the issues i face and everytime they have only one solution: FORMAT THE PHONE.
And now they are suggesting me to format my iphone every 3months for a smooth performance. This was the most ridiculous suggestion not only apple but any service centre can provide.
These guys are degrading the reputation of apple.
I am never going to purchase or suggest an iphone.
