★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there as I was facing problems with hinge of my MacBook Air. The service guy just looked at the flap and told to replace the display without even looking for the actual problem. Went back to home opened the laptop and just cleaned the hinge area and it’s working perfectly fine now. Thanks store for not helping at all.

There are 3 receptionists and 2 servicers. All apple items can be shown and possibly repaired. But at least 30 minute wait time. The shop is easily accessible from the road with free parking near by.

The service center replaced the battery of iPhone 6s to fix the draining issue but replacement did not fix the problem. Now service center says that problem is in hardware and entire unit need to be replaced.
I prefer not to go for replacement unit considering old model and asking for reinstatement of old battery and refund my money.
But service center refused the same telling that battery cannot be re-instated nor money will be refunded.
Note - I realized the problem was not resolved after I paid the charges and came home after picking phone from service center. During pick up time service center told me that problem was fixed.
What do you call such kind of service and that too from apple?
which does not fix the problem but still charges to customer?
