★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor and Cheap Developer. Thirsty for money. Rude behaviour after taking advance payment. No option other than to file a legal case. If you want to buy a flat in Netaji Nagar then look for other option. Dont buy property with Unimark or you will be in pain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit: We have a very bad experience at Unimark Riveria with the quality of products and delivery timeline. Are not they altering the model flat's fittings as they fail to provide the similar CP fitting and sanitary items, removing the hot water connection line? Please think before you invest in a Unimark Project. The amenities have been altered too in their Riveria project (Swimming pool water level etc). The Riveria Project was launched in 2013 and still they are struggling with the delivery of all phases. On raising issue about the discrepancies between the fitting shown in model flat and installed they rudely ask people to compromise as they have had a huge loss due to the delay in execution of the project.
