I give form for net banking for 6 times but now also this branch is not giving response properly .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever seen we opend current account before 2 months for which we had given proper and complete documents of net banking but the staff 1st misplaced our forms we again submitted the document after that the staff forgoted to send the application forward for our net banking then again after 15 days we asked for net banking and complained to the manager after that the staff told she forgotted to forward and then the manager told us he will personally forward it and will update us but agin now after 15 days the manager forgotted to forward and we still dont have net banking id password of our account and if we ask them for the statmemt they tell us ki mahine mai ek baar dege so how do we conform payments to our clients on daily bases worthless bank staff dont have any responsibilities of the clients data and they drop our application form here and there and forgot everytime worst service ever seen mr.pradip sir (manager) please look after this
