★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cumtomer service are worst.below this bank union ATM machine i was withdrawing money of Rs 5000 deducted from my account.but machine didn't work and i haven't got my Rs 5000 on 26 Oct .on first complain.they told me it will come by next morning.it didn't come.then on 27 Oct i complain on toll free number.again they told me it will take 7 working days .it means it will come on 6 Nov because of holiday.in between i call them 2 times to confirm the complain no and date.on 6th Nov i called them again they told it will take 2 more days,they have taken my complain on top priority.I said ok.then again i called them on 9th of Nov after completion of 2 days.they are expalining what is two days.they are counting 3 days as 2 days.I said ok 1 more days.on today still I m waiting for my Rs 5000.i haven't seen such a poor customer service in my life.atm machine of union bank is worst ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Union bank Of India Navghar Branch, close to the Bhayandar Station. Passbook Printing machine is available here but most of the time its not working due to their network issue. Apart from that One cash deposit machine is Available which is Good. Bank is situated on first floor of Aradhana Building. The Place is not huge 15-20 Staffs are present. Union Bank ATM Is Located Below the Bank.

Very congested and suffocated....
Taking about staff good replay and polite in behavior....
Passbook printing machine,cheque deposite and
Cash deposit machine is always working....
Behind this industrial process work is always going on.....
Capacity of this bank is maximum 25 people...
