★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You m plus suddenly auto log out now asking me again and again otp for login not auto reading otp your app why manual enter otp option not given, from last 3,4 days i m trying to login but not auto reading orp your poor app. I git charge rs. 1.50 arround 10 to 11 times pathetic app in urgency what should i do now ...i want to transfer amt to somewer urgnt but i m helpless now ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just 2 counters for deposit and withdrawal takes 30 to 45 minutes neither do they have seperate counter for Senior Citizens. Bank is very spacious why not have additional 2 to 3 Counters when Management knows Dena Bank has merged with Bank of Baroda obviously work load has Increased. Another example of reckless attitude of PSU in India!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nobody picks up the call on landline. It just keeps on ringing. Their call centre is worse. It's just one way. The voice doesn't reach the other side. Pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever came across, account has not been opened yet. 3 months already passed and still they are giving silly excuse like there scanner is not working.
This type of excuse is not acceptable.
Staff is also rude nobody is ready to answer properly, even branch manager fails to reply properly to customers.
It's very disappointed, not expected such irresponsible behavior from such a reputated Bank.
Need to change the system as well as the staff.
Again visited the branch on 28th July still giving the excuse even the staff had misplaced my one of the account opening form. I would like to highlight some of the staff here like CHARNI BHATT, VILAS INGLE, these are the people who dont have the basic manners to talk also and not doing their job properly they think customer as there servant whenever they will call customer will go running.
They are taking 3 months just to open the simple account now others can imagine how these people work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crowed in the morning time do visit as it opens in the morning or after 12 pm so that you don't stuck in a que. Facility given here is fast and good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff can totally mentally harass the customers. They just like to sit in air conditioned branch but dnt like to do their work on time and on top of that they wanted to show their top class attitude . Dnt want to pick up the calls. Never recommended to anyone the customers
